- Take a handful of Moringa leaves with stalks.
- Bruise slightly with wooden mallet.
- Pour boiling water over and allow to stand for at least ½ hour.
- Strain into a basin and soak tired aching feet.
1 Cup self raising flour
1 Cup grated cheese
1 Cup milk
1 Table spoon melted butter or marge.
1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoon baking powder
½ Cup lightly chopped Moringa leaves or 1 teaspoon Moringa Powder
Beat egg, milk and melted butter together, gently fold into the rest of the ingredients.
Bake at 220 degrees for +- 25 mins or until golden brown.
1 Good handful or more Moringa leaves (stems removed)
½ tsp Moringa powder or 2 teasps fresh Moringa leaves
1 tsp fresh lemon basil leaves or flowers
Place all ingredients together in teapot pour rapidly boiling water over and allow to stand for a few minutes.
Makes 2- 4 cups depending on taste.
1 Chopped and frozen Banana
250ml plain Yoghurt or Amaas
1 handful Moringa leaves or to taste
Honey to taste
Place all ingredients together and liquidize.

3tsp of flaxseeds
1tsp of Moringa 5000 leaf powder
½ – ¾ cups coconut water (Or greek yogurt)
