Soothing Moringa Foot Bath

  • Take a handful of Moringa leaves with stalks.
  • Bruise slightly with wooden mallet.
  • Pour boiling water over and allow to stand for at least ½ hour.
  • Strain into a basin and soak tired aching feet.
