Moringa Cheese Muffins


1 Cup self raising flour
1 Cup grated cheese
1 Egg
1 Cup milk
1 Table spoon melted butter or marge.
1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoon baking powder
½ Cup lightly chopped Moringa leaves or 1 teaspoon Moringa Powder
Beat egg, milk and melted butter together, gently fold into the rest of the ingredients.


Bake at 220 degrees for +- 25 mins or until golden brown.

Super Moringa Smoothie

A smoothie that will add a burst of energy to your morning, giving you sustained energy. Combing simple ingredients that work together its a win-win.


1x handful of goji berries
3tsp of flaxseeds
1tsp of Moringa 5000 leaf powder
1x banana
½ – ¾ cups coconut water (Or greek yogurt)


Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz it up, add some goji berries or fresh mint for a wonderful super Moringa smoothie
